^P0~As you finish up your work, make sure you have double-checked all of your connections. Also make sure you have not accidentally disconnected any other components or cables while you were working inside your PC.
After you have double-checked that the inside components are in order, you can safely put the cover back on. As you reconnect the cables that extend from the back of your PC, make sure you're plugging everything in correctly. Any misplaced cables inside or outside of the PC can cause a malfunction.^p

^P0~Drivers are small pieces of software code that let your operating system (Windows 98) talk with and understand your new component. Virtually all components have drivers and these usually come with your new component on a floppy disk or a CD-ROM. After you have installed these drivers, and your new component is up and running, it is always a good idea to visit the manufacturer's website. In some cases, they may have an even newer version of your driver than fixes a bug or conflict; it is always a good idea to get the latest drivers for your component--- chances are someone ran into problems with the old ones so now you don't have to!
